Welcome! PSYC 1 General Psychology

Welcome to Class!

Hello, students! Welcome to your General Psychology course! General Psychology is all about the scientific study of behavior and mental processes designed for both majors and non-majors. We'll cover topics such as research methods, biology of behavior, sensory systems, learning, memory, life-span development, motivation, emotion, personality theories, social psychology, abnormal psychology, and psychotherapy.

I am so excited to work with you this term and assist you in achieving your educational goals. I truly look forward to our class and getting to know each of you. My name is Professor Tuttle, but you can also call me Tuttle (pronounced [TUT]+[UHL], and my pronouns are he/him/his. Below is a picture of me outside of Hudl headquarters (for all you student-athletes), in Lincoln, NE.
