Exam One is a student assessment that will cover Chapters 1-4. This assessment aligns with student learning outcome of compare and contrast the legal ramifications of alternative business decisions along with the course objective to differentiate the relationship between state and federal systems, the jurisdiction of courts, the interaction between business managers and lawyers, and the importance of alternate dispute resolution methods.

There will be 20 multiple questions for a total of 100 points.
You will be given 3 hours to complete the exam and 3 attempts with the highest score prevailing.
The exam is due on Sunday, October 1, 2023 at 11:59 pm.
The exam is open book. Printing and screenshots of the exam are not allowed.
You are required complete the exam independently and without the assistance of others.
