Chapter 13 Discussion Post

Chapter 13 provided students with Emergency Incident Management responsibilities at an incident. Every incident must have an Incident Commander (IC). Using examples of various incident types (flood, fire, snow, hurricane, wildland fires or even non-emergency incidents such as planning a wedding or major music events such as Stagecoach or Coachella), what would be the appropriate ICS organization to manage one of these events. 

Students must select one of the emergency or nonemergency events listed above and create an ICS organizational chart. Consider yourself as the Incident Commander (IC). You must explain your incident priorities and objectives to mitigate your incident. This discussion assignment is worth 20 points and will not require peer reviews.
