Chapter 14 provided an overview of the considerations firefighters need to make when operating at different types of emergencies. It discusses the implications and relationship between fire fighter safety and decision making at the incident scene. Explain, using examples, the meaning of the following statement: "To fight fire one must be aggressive; to survive it one must be cautious".
