Exam Two is a student assessment that will cover Chapters 5-8. This assessment aligns with student learning outcome of find the legal issue in a set of facts and state the applicable principle of law and compare and contrast the legal ramifications of alternative business decisions.
In addition to the learning objectives of distinguishing between torts and crimes and describing the purpose of criminal and tort law and distinguishing between contracts governed by the Uniform Commercial Code and those governed by common law of contracts, and evaluation when a promise is enforceable, the elements of a contract, performance and remedies available in the event of a breach.
