Optional Extra Credit Quiz

This quiz contains 10 questions worth up to 2 points each. Students can earn a possible 20 points of extra credit by taking this quiz. 

Because this is for extra credit, your score will show as a zero until I go in and add points. Don't worry! 

Before you take the quiz, read through the Parent's Guide to Choosing Quality Child Care, linked on the week nine overview page. All the questions will come from the guide. All questions are true/false and multiple choice. 

You will have a total of 30 minutes to take the quiz and only one chance.
