OVERVIEW
For this group assignment, you will conduct and summarize the initial user research (with 6-8 participants who are either users of the existing application or a very similar application) for your chosen software project. Please be sure to use the provided Informed Consent Materials with all participants.

- Each group member’s name and contributions for this assignment
- User research findings + analysis executive summary
- Follow provided Wikipedia guidance on structure, and include key positive/negative research findings and analysis key insights.
- User research detailed findings + analysis
- Organized presentation and detailed analysis of all information gathered during user research activities.

- Title
- Background
- Goals
- Research questions
- Methodology
- Participants
- User research hypotheses

- List of hypotheses, grouped by attitude, behavior, and feature in the format of ‘We believe that [outcome] because [assumption]’
- Participant question list (grouped by method used, i.e. survey, interview, etc.)
- A list of all questions asked of user research participants, written in the general order asked and worded exactly as asked
- User model for primary user group
- Either an empathy map or proto-persona, as described in course materials
- Job story inventory, with estimated usage importance and frequency
- A list of job stories identified during your user research and detailed analysis of your chosen software project, with frequency and importance of each story indicated
- Appendix: List of interviewees, with date and location information (use only pseudonyms – e.g. Interviewee A), and any background research or design references
