6: Business card

Create or update your business card that includes your contact info.

Now that you have designed your identity, your next step is to create your business card.

The following is a list of instructions for the business card project. 

Start of with

1. Research on your elements; shapes, fonts and colors use Pintrest.
2. Do at least 25 thumbnails of how the design will look on the front and on the back.
3. Design 3 two-sided digital roughs DUE 5/15 at 11:59 pm.
4. Review and comment on your fellow classmates designs with constructive criticism by 5/17 at 11:59 pm.
5. Refine your best design of the three.
6. Set up for printing by saving as a PDF using printer's marks.
7. Final Comp DUE 5/19 at 11:59 pm
8. You can get your card printed at  at Staples, Office Depot, FedEx, or local professional printer like Zoo Printing (wholesale printer that I use), Vista Print, etc...

Include printers marks

Include 9pt or .125" bleeds (if necessary)
