5: Business Identity Project

The identity of your business will be the start of your business basics journey.

You will build on the identity and add a self-branding package, including letterhead, envelope business card, resumé, reference page, website, and a self-promotion piece. When you design a logo you are aiming to create a memorable mark for your business or service. The graphic visual language you use tells the story of your planned and its meaning, structure, and visual form.

Due in this module are the following:

1. Creative Brief - Click to view and download template Download Click to view and download template
2. Pintrest Links to an external site. - Your Board URL
3. 10 Thumbnails 
4. 3 Digital Roughs (black only)
5. Combine these items into a PDF binder, MS Word doc or Adobe Spark/Express video
6. Reply to your fellow classmate's posts about their identity by Tuesday, May 10 at 11:59 pm. 

The following will be due in the Promoting Your Business module

• Logo design comp (one black and one color)
• Business Card (3.5x2)
• Letterhead (8.5x11) + envelope (9.5x4.125)
