8: Your Final Business Binder

Once you are ready, when you have all the parts complete, you will open the binder the binder you created in module 3. In Adobe Acrobat, under file, choose make a PDF from multiple files. Select all of the PDFs. Acrobat will make a Binder.PDF. Then you can organize the pages in the appropriate order. Rename it YourLastFirst_ BusinessBinder.pdf

Make sure all the course documents appropriately titled and add page numbers
Goal - make your documents professional, like a legal document
Keep a margin all the way around every page
If there is a graphic or image put it on a blank page
The letterhead should be its own page
Keep name, date and info inside the .5" margin

Then take a screen capture to put on the CENTER of a letter-size page in your document binder

All pages should be 8.5X11 ONLY. Put any smaller images/graphics on the letter-size pages

Use Acrobat

Combine Pages in Adobe Acrobat

Acrobat converts the pages of various files into sequential pages of a single PDF. Choose Tools > Combine Files. The Combine Files interface is displayed with the toolbar at the top. Drag files or emails directly into the Combine Files interface. Alternatively, choose an option from the Add Files menu.

Prepare and Submit

The front blank page will include the course name and number, professor name, student name, and date in the middle of the page. The sample below is just a reference, it can be revised with different fonts, font sizes and title position. Please include page numbers at least every other or 3rd page. I put the page number in the footer.

Individual projects will include project or exercise title, name, and date.
