Extra Credit Course Evaluation

Congratulations!  You have made it through our psychology course.  I sincerely hope you have enjoyed yourself and have learned a lot!  I have added this course evaluation as a bonus.   Please do not do this evaluation until you have finished all of the assignments for the course.  Then, just fill this out and I will give you 30 points extra credit!  That will make up for your lowest test or assignment grade.  Have a wonderful break and I hope to see you in class again soon!
