Start your journal. It doesn't matter what you put in it; lots of students like to comment on things they heard in class, or what they read in the text. Share anything you like: what are your thoughts? You can write in it as often as you like--good thing i like to read, eh? i have found that students often have success when getting their thoughts, particularly surrounding thanatology, on paper, and figuring out how they feel about death, or about how their perceptions change over the course of the semester. Some of you may be journalists already, so it won't be new to you. You will receive credit points whenever i call for the journals. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask.
