Submit your genogram as either a word document of jpeg. 

Directions: 

Use the Basic Genogram Symbols to create the structure of your full genogram. Symbols should show the following: 

  • Gender of each family member
  • Family relationships are depicted by two gender symbols connected by a line beneath them.
  • Indication of any deceased family members
  • Blended families and remarriages
  • Siblings are under the same line that connect the parents
  • Half-siblings will be under the line of one biological parent and another relationship line to the other parent of the half sibling.
