Based upon your own life experience, would you agree with the conclusions from the first video that the examples in Table 12.1 of non-store retailing are in a better position to grow their operations than in-store retailers such as department, specialty and discount stores? Which of the in-store organizations seem to you to be in a stronger position for the future?
