Welcome to week 3.

This week, we will discuss the management, leader, personality and temperament diagnostics.  We'll discuss how each person has unique traits that affect how they manage and supervise within an organization.  I'll cover chapter's 2 and 3.  Next Monday, September 16th, I'll cover chapter 4.
