Week Fifteen Overview

Despite the tremendous responsibility and honor that it is to work with young children, the pay is terrible. We call this the "tri-lemma" problem, quality care is very expensive, parents and children need the highest quality care they can afford, pay for those who work with young children is too low to hire high quality workers. 

Child care providers are the backbone of the workforce. Check out the video below to see what we mean when we say this.
