Week Fourteen Tasks

In week 14 we will:

• Review the Early Childhood Educator Competencies website and two competency areas in particular. 
• Review the Center for Social Emotional Foundations for Early Learning Website
• Review the California Map to Inclusion and Belonging
• Compose two discussion thread posts related to the websites above. 
• Continue working on your Portfolio

Reminder

This week my virtual office hours topic will explore the three websites, when and why to use each. Students joining in the office hours can skip a discussion thread assignment.  You should be getting your portfolio ready for the final touches next week.  

By the end of this week students will: 

• Evaluate programs for children with special needs. 
• Examine and analyze assistance available for teachers of young children.
