Review the embedded video on how Nike is utilizing sustainability as corporate citizenship
Watch ReuseAShoebyNike (Links to an external site.), to learn about Nike’s shoe recycling program where it breaks the shoe down into three parts and describes its use of recycled fabrics.
Nike is well known as a good corporate citizen; in fact, it is an industry leader in sustainability and has won awards because of its success in this area.
Provide the answers to the following questions by Sunday, Feb 27 at 11:59 PM.
Answer the following questions:
- What is sustainability?
- What are the some of the positive impacts to help the planet of the Reuse A Shoe by Nike?
- How doe the Nike's Reuse A Shoe relate to Chapter 2?
- What ideas would you provide Nike if given the opportunity on maintaining their reputation of being a good corporate citizen?
- Comment on two student posts.
