Welcome to Module 10! The list below outlines what you need to do this week. 

  • Read Chapter 10 of American Government (Parties and Interest Groups).
  • Read Chapter 1 and Chapter 2 in Introduction to California Politics
  • Check out the supplemental resources available to you on the next Module page.
  • Then read the Module 10 discussion prompt and respond with your initial post (your answer to my prompt) by 11:59pm on Friday. Two thoughtful follow-ups are due in the Week 10 discussion forum by 11:59pm on Sunday. 
  • Finally submit the Unit 5 Exam by 11:59pm on Sunday.

By completing this week's reading and assignments, you will achieve the following Course Objective:

  • Identify and critically evaluate the role of  interest groups in the process of government at the Federal level.
