Any general questions should be posted to the Q&A Forum. If you message me a general question, I will tell you to post to the Q&A Forum. By asking a question and receiving an answer (either from me or your classmates) in this forum, you will help other students who have the same question-just like in a face-to-face class!
If you have a personal concern or private matter to discuss now or at any time throughout the semester, you must message me via the Canvas Inbox. The surest way to get a quick response from me regarding a private matter is the Canvas Inbox. I do not check my COD email as frequently as I do Canvas and thus your email will likely get lost among several others. Canvas is also the best way to send secure messages that contain personal/private information.
