How do I log in and navigate Canvas?

First Step: Log into MYCOD from College of the Desert's main webpage Links to an external site.. 

Second Step: If you are a first time user, log in to update your password. You can also forward your MYCOD email to another address. Make sure you check your email to stay up to date on important information from the college Links to an external site.. 

Third Step: Enter your college username and password. If this is your first log in, follow the directions for your password. 

Fourth Step: Enter the Portal and Select Access Your Online Courses on Canvas. 

To continue the orientation, click on the next button at the bottom of the page.
